I've lived in San Francisco for a total of 24 years. I'm also touring musician.. I've said everywhere from Mark Hopkins to Hiltons and all the way at the bottom end of the scale. I know hotels And I know San Francisco. So, as I'm gettiing my apartment situation straightened out, I am basically on a hotel tour in San Francisco. To give me an opportunity to hone my review writing skills as I will be entering a copywriting side career. The Warfield Hotel was cool . I had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms. The second room was spacious and very nice and very new and clean. Bathroom area too. It was like a large studio apartment in San Francisco. Which would cost you about $2,000 bucks a month. Which is almost exactly what a month that The Warfield would cost. (Do your own math). One aspect that stood out for me was the friendliness of the staff . Very sweet , professional. Welcoming and accommodating. I can't remember his name, but the younger dude, he's really nice. I actually had to go to the emergency room for a sudden horrible gastro illness. He was kind and understanding of my situation. His cool and helpful attitude contributed to a positive stay at The Warfield Hotel. While the Hotel is located on the edge of a slightly rough neighborhood, you're just one block away from Market Street. You are not in the depths of any of the other things that can go on in the neighborhood. In fact, it's kind of misleading when you look on Google Maps. The Warfield is actually in a pretty good location. Vry easy to get anywhere from there. BART, MUNI, public transportation a block away. You're literally maybe 1 mi to 2 mi from most of the major attraction neighborhoods you'd want to go to in San Francisco. If You're looking for a nice spacious room, nicely decorated nicely put together, in a pretty good location for a very fair rate? The Warfield hotel is well worth considering

The staff are very friendly and prompt to answer questions and accommodate mean the room was very clean as well as the hotel and it offers breakfast in the morning. I don’t think there’s any other hotel in SF that does at least in the downtown area. The location is prime. You’re about two blocks away from the Westfield mall two blocks away from Bart couple blocks away from Civic Center. It really is a good location.

This hotel is a GEM !!! the staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean, cozy and quiet. i felt safe when i was traveling alone for work for a few days. my husband was with me but for a couple nights he had to leave for work and i was alone. they are tight on security as you can not enter the building without a key or being buzzed in. I absolutely love this place and i will stay here again.

The bed, the room was clean and the property was kept clean. We were next to a loud person with a dog who slammed the door at all hours of the night and the people above us were loud 24/7. But other than that and the jackhammering in the street at 7am Monday morning, it was pretty low key.

Everything was great. I recommend anyone who wants to visit San Francisco should come to the Warfield Hotel. You are going to have a good time because everything was wonderful. The manager and all his crew family members. They welcome me like my family. Thank you so much.
